RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you have received your handmade item and it isn't as you had wished or it doesn't fit quite right, you must return your item within 14 working days of receiving. Your dress must arrive back to us unused and in the same condition you received it, with the tags still intact.

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS but you can choose from the two options bellow:

- An alteration. Contact us on hello@themarconcourtproject.co.uk to discuss alterations. Alterations start at £15 depending on what needs to be done and hours put on the job.

- A store credit for the full amount of your item that can be redeem at any time in our website.
